The
silver monolithic pillar deliberately occupying the central core of the living
space does not serve a structural function but rather functions spatially. It
integrates the refrigerator, storage spaces, and flexible sliding doors into a
unified entity. It moderately separates the entrance, kitchen, and dining area,
while subtly connecting these spaces together through a faint silver
reflection. 1978年新建的集合住宅，由鼎一建築師事務所方汝鎮、朱祖明建築師規劃設計。分為AB兩棟，相似且相鄰。沿街面保持似街屋類型約三米八開間韻律，內部單元各層皆有差異，一層為店鋪空間，二層以上安排兩房兩廳格局打破街屋格局分割，單層共六戶，三戶為一簇群共享一個樓梯間，平面中央夾天井提供廚房與工作陽台通風採光並避免臥室暗房，本案位於邊間，唯一屬於接近街屋空間類型的格局，頭尾連通視覺隱約可連通貫穿。
